Allison Cara Tolman was born in the United States. Her most well-known role is her character Molly Solverson in the first season of the FX TV show Fargo. She has earned Emmy and Golden Globe nominations. The early years of her life and schooling Tolman had two older brother as well as a sibling. She moved with her family to England when she was just two weeks, and was there until she was four. Then she spent the next five years in Oklahoma before heading into Sugar Land. The movie was influenced by the Coen brothers' film of exactly the same title. Tolman was recognized for her portrayal of Minnesota Police Officer Molly Solverson. Vanity Fair wrote that Tolman "calmly took over" the film. Critics' Choice Television Award, Best Supporting Actress (Movie/Miniseries) as well as Golden Globe awards were given in recognition of her role.
